About this Event

Designed for the 40-60 age group, please join us for a Thermal Spa Weekend in the healing waters of Edipsos. I teach ancient and modern health & exercise techniques from Taoism and Tantra (including Qi Gong and breathing techniques). You will learn simple meditations to help with stress and also techniques to change unwanted behaviour. In a more physical session we do some good old Pilates for core strengthening and essential leg strengthening. All this will supercharge your health, heal your pains, keep you stable, and set you up for a long life free from visits to the doctor. I also finish the weekend with energy healing sessions or therapy for people with long standing issues.

PLEASE NOTE: Whenever beginning new exercises, consult your physician if you have any major health concerns. None of the work is demanding, and you can opt out at any time but underlying conditions should be addressed.
